My Memorial Day events.

A FULL day like Veteran's Day. Spent my day remembering and visiting the three 'passed-on' veteran's graves of my family members (WW1 artillery, WW1 ambulance service, WW2 US Army European Theater disabled wheelchair vet); and attending Memorial Day spiritual services in a local National Veteran's cemetery. While there thanked and talked to as many active and past military service members, ROTC, and Scouts that was at those events for their 'service' to us. Also thankful for a 'nephew' (who just got back from US Army armored convoy protective service in Iraq) who just got home to California.

MORE citizens should be mindful of voluntary service memebers giving their time, blood, and lives for us all!

Since killing Jamiel Shaw II authorities say he's added five new felonies to his resume, including slashing a handcuffed man in the face with a razor, assaulting a sheriff's deputy, instigating a riot - all this while awaiting trial!

How much grief, how many ruined lives, how many expenses has this rat inflicted on the good people of Los Angeles?

Jan Perry and Bernard Parks don't care. There will be other Pedro Espinozas because of them.

Perry, who has delusions of being mayor, panders for Hispanic votes by opposing the "Secure Communities" law that requires cities and counties to turn over fingerprint data of arrestees so Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) can verify a suspect's immigration status.

She also cynically assumes Hispanic voters support illegal immigration and the harboring of criminal aliens, which is nonsense and a pernicious stereotype.

Bernard Parks, the former LAPD chief, also opposes "Secure Communities" and sees it as a threat to Special Order 40, the disastrous policy that encourages and enables the Pedro Espinozas of the world to come here.

While L.A. County Sheriff Lee Baca calls "Secure Communities" an important tool to keep our streets safe, Parks said, "From what I can read of the program, a high percentage of those who are being deported have not necessarily committed the most serious crimes."

In Bernie's World, does someone have to rape and kill before we can deport them?

Jan Perry, Bernard Parks, Herb Wesson and nearly the entire leadership of Los Angeles not only don't care about the outrage perpetrated on the Shaw family - they are the outrage.

Conservative CA activist Chelene Nightingale ordered To Court Again For Debtors Exam

Chelene Nightingale, former manager of SOS, has been ordered to appear in court again to divulge her finances to a judgement creditor over a personal loan she recieved a few weeks before filing for bankruptcy. Ms Nightingale solicited the loan from a former supporter of hers within the Save Our State membership, allegedly after describing the need to pay for basic family needs. The lender became concerned after the debt went unserviced for nearly two years, and filed suit after Ms Nightingale began appearing in many public events all over the state during a failed attempt to run for governor. The lender, a previous supporter of Ms Nightingale's activism in the anti-illegal immigration field, has apparently once again lost patience with her willingness to address the debt after recently seeing her jet to a conference in Harrisburg, and make make appearances within the state at various other events. Once again the court documents clearly refer to this as a loan, and Nightingale never used any "gifting" as a defense. The trial recording is still downloadable:

It is very hypocritical of Chelene to ask for the feds for protection from her state personal debts while also relentlessly parroting that she would stand up to the feds on the water issue, immigration and a few others.

Maybe Nightengale's found a way to make money to pay off her personal debts with campaigne or supporters funds. She's organizing a Nullification Now Tour on the internet.

more frustrating than the feeling that every time I

barrel or higher if we keep buying their product.

U.S. calls blitz on alleged pirated-sports sites

With the Super Bowl less than a week away, U.S. law enforcement officials have seized the domain names of 10 sites accused of illegally streaming live sports events.

The U.S. Attorney's Office in New York said today that it worked with Immigration and Customs Enforcement to shut down such sites as Firstrow.net, HQ-Streams.com, Rojadirecta.com, HQ-Streams.net, Ilemi.com, and Iilemii.com. The seizures were made Tuesday.

The Department of Justice and ICE said that streaming live events without authorization is harmful to sports leagues and broadcasters.

"The illegal streaming of professional sporting events over the Internet deals a financial body blow to the leagues and broadcasters, who are forced to pass their losses off to fans by raising prices for tickets and pay-per-view events," said Preet Bharara, U.S. Attorney in Manhattan.

The Obama administration has promised to crack down on copyright infringement and counterfeiting, and domain-name seizures appear to be the preferred method.

In June, the U.S. Attorney's office in Manhattan and ICE teamed up and seized at least seven domain names belonging to sites that allegedly distributed pirated movies. In November, U.S. law enforcement grabbed 80 more domain names belonging to sites accused of using the Web to distribute a wide range of counterfeit goods and copyrighted materials.

Political Correctness police working overtime this week..

This seems the shameful Political Correctness police/radical progressives have been looking for unethical enforcement 'work' this week.

It all started with O'Reilly on ABC's Walter's 'The View'. Bill got into a verbal confrontation of facts with the unapologetic progressive PC police matrons, jokersters Joy Behar and Whoopie Goldberg. Their Progressive female 'noses' were tweaked due to Bill being on their show to discuss his best selling book and other hot topic political matters. Bill tried to help to educate these two denial 'ladies' about the 9-11 tragedy and issue of attempting to have a Muslim mosque built at a 9-11 impact sight. Things got out-of-hand by Behar starting the fireworks by rudely confronting their guest, Bill. Bill aswered back in the same 'tone' and Behar clear didin't like that & was miffed. (Gonna dish it out, you better be able to take it, babe!) Whoopie ran to support her fellow conspirator and escalted the arguement with her own voiced expletive (deleted.) Bill clearly won the argument with New Yorkers and against that of the female progessive's argument. But the two childish 'hosts' walked out like pouting children. Bill continued to say, 'You mean Muslims didn't do 9-11??!!"

Later, Bill was asked to apologise so that the errant 'girls' would come back on stage. His apology was given as an 'IF' proposition, much like the classic remembered apology that President Bill Clinton gave all those years ago on his shameful sexual presidential troubles in the Oval office. The apology worked and (unfortunately) these two clownish clueless comedians came back on the stage.

Bill was brusk, but dead on with his thoughts. Some progressive TV people still live in 'Lala land' and you just can't- after 3000 people were murdered in the most horrible way on 9-11 by Muslim terrorists(No one is allowed to use that T 'word' by Presidential order, how silly is that?). In fact,that was the shameful Lala Land mental mindset that provided the set-up for the second Twin Tower's 9-11 bombing in the first place, (Anyone, remember the FIRST World Trade Center bombing ??? I do.)

NEXT....

On Bill O'Rielly show 'The Factor', another shameful Political Correctness police/ radical progressives victim was taken, National Public Radio's . I don't often agree with National Public Radio's commentator, Juan Williams, but he has a right to express himself without being targeted for being fired for expressing his opinions. That is what has now happened to Juan Williams. Mr Willams was expressing himself on Bill's 'The View' incident. He said how he travels by plane and when he sees some airline passengers wearing Muslim cultural clothing, he is slighty worried about the safety of himself and the flight. It was an honest statement, but nothing contraversial. BUT, for stating this Juan Williams was fired from position at National Public Radio after over 10 years of work. I guess he's just another victim of the Presidentail Obama Political Correctness police. (BTW: was a big President Obama supporter, maybe that will change.)

It should be also noted that world government billionaire, progressive George Sorros has recently given several millions to National Public Radio and it's new 'investigative' news division to counteract the 10 year leadership by Fox News on TV. This new public obvious money donation Sorros action by the normally shadowy secretive money-laundering public chairty donations, might have been a reaction to Glenn Beck's calling out Sorros to appear on Beck's TV show for a man-to-man one hour discussion of politics today.

It seems that Sorros "GET HIM!"(Beck) mentality has caused another citizen Juan Williams to a victim of Political Correctness police because he lose his job due to freely voicing his opposing opininon's to the righ and powerful. Just how much government money goes into funding National Public Radio? It doesn't look so public or American now. It's happening BEFORE our eyes and before an upcoming electiuon, folks. Get smart.

Really a sad shame.
