Fan videos should honor copyright & tardemark laws

A Public service to educate some 'dolts' on Copyright & Trademark issues. These fan video makers/dolts have consistently overlooked and not researched these matters but continue to speak with no authority on them due to having the facts WRONG; all the while speading lies, misinformation, half-truths, smears and inuendo on these lawful issues on artisitc matters. Dolts also spread their public embarrssment of having no real facts to their non-inquiring 'HIVE' minds of dolt posse members there increasing the stupidy factor on the Internet. This post should change all that.

It's been really fun for me to watch them (for many years) spreading their base ignorance, flailing around on the Internet with their stupidy clearly showing. They also have the self-righteous audacity to stalk and take actions to smear or attack factually supported websites that prove them again WRONG.

The simple factual truth contrary to their views is out there in plain sight to me, them and thousands of Internet users. But, the dolts choose to not use the facts and they continue to flawnt and break trademark and copyright laws with their outlaw actions and Internet lies.

Keyboard warrior know-nothings

However to these inaccurate dolts that spend hours spying, bullying, stalking, and trolling others on the Internet; they don't use those wasted hours of malicious Internet actions to rightfully educate themselves on the facts of Copyright and Trademark matters.
Why, don't they ?!!??
Because the truth of the REAL facts don't support them or their grudge agenda against more informed people with the facts and training in these legal fields. The dolts many actions of illegaling re-using other people's intellectual properties/art (that is TRADEMARKED & COPYRIGHTED) with the real contrary legal facts (and court decisions) cleary demonstrate these  dolt's re-use/production actions with their unsupported flawed opinions are self-serving, wrong, illegal and criminal. These dolt's own fragile & tiny egos are so inseparatble with their emotional, aggressive, combative, and bullying attitudes towards any others factually using the Internet and standing up to the dolt's own confusion. The real truthful facts simply prove these dolts to be WRONG. But, dolts can't accept the real truth because it attacks their shallow egos and threatens their warped world view. Both issues are so sickly intertwinned with this group. BTW: Some of these dolts are under doctor's care for mental illness issues going back decades. Others are sycophantic, socially inept, and fantasy prone immature adults still not contributing to society in an adult manner.

"Fair Use"

One of the rights accorded to the owner of copyright is the right to reproduce or to authorize others to reproduce the work in copies. This right is subject to certain limitations found in sections 107 through 118 of the copyright law (title 17, U. S. Code). One of the more important limitations is the doctrine of “fair use.” The doctrine of fair use has developed through a substantial number of court decisions over the years and has been codified in section 107 of the copyright law.

Section 107 contains a list of the various purposes for which the reproduction of a particular work may be considered fair, such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research.

Section 107 also sets out four factors to be considered in determining whether or not a particular use is fair:

1. The purpose and character of the use, including whether such use is of commercial nature or is for nonprofit educational purposes.

2. The nature of the copyrighted work.

3. The amount and substantiality of the portion used in relation to the copyrighted work as a whole.

4. The effect of the use upon the potential market for, or value of, the copyrighted work.
