I try to take the high road with non-confrontational threads topics and these thread trolls hyjack them OFF TOPIC (punctuation, border security, politics, and grammar trivia) for their own selfish personal smears of me (the poster) and trolls hyjack a intellectual discussion with off issue personal lying attacks and lying smears. They do that because its easier to childishly smear. They look small doing that. They can NOT control themselves or their thinking. AND, what have they got to compare with their achievements? anonymous posters share nothing or stay silence. Typical. When I point out their stalking trollish bad behavior here; they stalk my comments, they post and smear with obvious trollish H A T E. What empty personalities. These troll posters are making a personal attack on my opinions and me in an abusive manner. I have been polite. I have tried to be gracious and they still want to pick a fight, as practiced trolls do. I' not interested in that. It's boring. These trollish post H A T E R S have a combative arguement attitude and a large chip on their shoulders. Normally I would not be so blunt but they have to be told this since trolls just don't understand. SO-- Silly reveiling liars like yourself (many of Hidden Frontier crew & cast & fans) can't keep the true record factual straight or their lies consistant, because you are shown to have been lying most of the time to as many listeners as will be so naive to accept your malicious personal attack 'spin' posted here. The difference is that I have the truthful evidence and openly show it to all. And I will repeat it to make the same factual points that you can't stand. Get use to the truth. I speak of issues, childishly you speak of me. Hidden Frontier/Star Trek hive mind...drone...follower....sheep ??? That says volumnes about your lack of credibility or Roddennberry allowance of any diversity thoughts in these matters. Your personal attack nonsense adds nothing to your dwindling micro credibility. Your posts are only attacking 'recycled' sentences, grammar and opposing thoughts against the people that don't see things drone 'lock-step' your foolish ways. Your attack posting comments show no thoughtfulness, class, uniqueness, or new ideas. PPS...Trolling- Trolling is an internet term that means you're not posting to actually start or participate in a good non-personal discussion, but simply to attempt anger another member or group of members.

Tom Tancredo's favoring of U.S. immigration law enforcement does not make him a "hater." To refer to him as such implies that anyone who supports law enforcement is a "hater." Surely we are not a nation of "haters," are we? Haters of what? A civilized society governed by the rules of law?




Texas Governor Rick Perry approved in-state tuition for children of illegal aliens 10 years ago, but that was at a time when 97% of the Texas state legislators voted for that benefit program. Governor Perry simply gave the legislators (and the people of Texas) apparently what they wanted at the time. That was before the rampant illegal alien dilemma was brought to the attention of the public and became a serious issue with taxpayers and voters.




Certainly Perry and Romney are dignified gentlemen with sincere aspirations for the White House. But, on the issue of illegal immigration lawlessness, Governor Perry seems to have the upper hand.




After all, Perry has received the endorsement of one of the nation's most respected lawmen, border-state Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Arizona. That is no light-weight endorsement.




Perry, as a border-state governor, seems well aware of the adverse economic and national security consequences to a nation whose federal government chooses to pander to the uncounted millions of illegal aliens occupying U.S. territory rather than represent its hundreds of millions of U.S. citizens.




Also, in the race for president, Gov. Perry seems to be the catalyst for debate about the federal government's decades-long reckless disregard for immigration laws.




Without Perry in the race, there would be little or no mention of illegal immigration in the debates, except for the usual weak-kneed candidates whose delusional solution to the problem is a blanket amnesty.




Of course, that is fine, if the candidate just wants to encourage more of the same. In that case, there is really no need for an election because it would make no difference who is newly elected to, or who remains in, the White House.

Please support H.R. 2164, the Legal Workforce Act, so that jobless Americans and legal immigrants can fill those jobs currently held by illegal workers.

This legislation, in addition to requiring employers to run new hires through the E-Verify system, would gently move illegal aliens out of U.S. jobs. Over time, the 7 million illegal aliens in non-agricultural jobs would be replaced by unemployed Americans and legal immigrants. While not solving America's unemployment problem, H.R. 2164 would certainly lessen its severity.

This legislation is able to coax out these illegal workers by requiring the Social Security Administration to send out "no match" letters to employers if the name and Social Security number of a current employee do not match. The employer is required to run "no match" employees through the E-Verify system to determine if they are eligible to work in the United States. Clearly, this is an easy and effective way of putting unemployed Americans and legal immigrants in jobs currently held by illegal aliens.

Nothing about this website should be construed as advocating hostile actions or feelings toward immigrant Americans; illegal aliens deserve humane treatment even as they are detected, detained and deported. Unfortunately, to write about problems of immigration is to risk seeming to attack immigrants themselves. Even worse is the risk of inadvertently encouraging somebody else to show hostility toward the foreign-born as a group.

I encounter too many immigrants and children of immigrants in daily affairs where I live in northern Virginia to take those risks lightly. From five continents, members of immigrant families have passed through my home, especially in the persons of friends of my sons. They are among the physical therapy patients of my wife; they are participants in youth activities which I lead; they are friends at my church, which has received national recognition for creating local service to new immigrants; they are neighbors; they are business clerks and owners where I trade.

Thus, as is the case for millions of other Americans, I have a very personal stake in not wanting to provoke hostility or discrimination toward the foreign-born who already are living among us.

But our kindly feelings toward immigrants must no longer stifle public discussion about the effects of immigration numbers.

To talk about changing immigration numbers is to say nothing against the individual immigrants in this country. Rather, it is about deciding how many foreign citizens living in their own countries right now should be allowed to immigrate in the future.

None of this is to suggest that no immigrants are scoundrels or contribute to problems of immigration because of their bad personal behavior. It is not unfair, nor does it constitute immigrant bashing, to criticize the behavior of specific immigrants who violate our laws or otherwise behave in a manner unworthy of guests who have been invited into this country.

It IS immigrant bashing, however, to ascribe those bad characteristics to whole groups of people based on their ethnicity or foreign-born status. All of us should be careful of the language we use so as not to inadvertently appear to be making such negative generalizations.

Not only is it ethically wrong to engage in such stereotyping, it is tactically short-sighted. There is much to suggest that most immigrants already among us would support reductions in immigration numbers. The reasons are not surprising. Virtually any reduction designed to help native-born Americans would be even more beneficial to foreign-born Americans. That is why so many immigrants are supporters of NumbersUSA.com.

Perhaps the greatest "immigrant bashers" are those Members of Congress who refuse to look at the abysmal conditions of so many immigrant Americans and who every year insist on adding more than a million more immigrants into their occupations, schools and communities.

My Memorial Day events.

A FULL day like Veteran's Day. Spent my day remembering and visiting the three 'passed-on' veteran's graves of my family members (WW1 artillery, WW1 ambulance service, WW2 US Army European Theater disabled wheelchair vet); and attending Memorial Day spiritual services in a local National Veteran's cemetery. While there thanked and talked to as many active and past military service members, ROTC, and Scouts that was at those events for their 'service' to us. Also thankful for a 'nephew' (who just got back from US Army armored convoy protective service in Iraq) who just got home to California.

MORE citizens should be mindful of voluntary service memebers giving their time, blood, and lives for us all!

How much grief, how many ruined lives, how many expenses has this rat inflicted on the good people of Los Angeles?

Jan Perry and Bernard Parks don't care. There will be other Pedro Espinozas because of them.

Perry, who has delusions of being mayor, panders for Hispanic votes by opposing the "Secure Communities" law that requires cities and counties to turn over fingerprint data of arrestees so Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) can verify a suspect's immigration status.

She also cynically assumes Hispanic voters support illegal immigration and the harboring of criminal aliens, which is nonsense and a pernicious stereotype.

Bernard Parks, the former LAPD chief, also opposes "Secure Communities" and sees it as a threat to Special Order 40, the disastrous policy that encourages and enables the Pedro Espinozas of the world to come here.

While L.A. County Sheriff Lee Baca calls "Secure Communities" an important tool to keep our streets safe, Parks said, "From what I can read of the program, a high percentage of those who are being deported have not necessarily committed the most serious crimes."

In Bernie's World, does someone have to rape and kill before we can deport them?

Jan Perry, Bernard Parks, Herb Wesson and nearly the entire leadership of Los Angeles not only don't care about the outrage perpetrated on the Shaw family - they are the outrage.

Chelene Nightingale, former manager of SOS, has been ordered to appear in court again to divulge her finances to a judgement creditor over a personal loan she recieved a few weeks before filing for bankruptcy. Ms Nightingale solicited the loan from a former supporter of hers within the Save Our State membership, allegedly after describing the need to pay for basic family needs. The lender became concerned after the debt went unserviced for nearly two years, and filed suit after Ms Nightingale began appearing in many public events all over the state during a failed attempt to run for governor. The lender, a previous supporter of Ms Nightingale's activism in the anti-illegal immigration field, has apparently once again lost patience with her willingness to address the debt after recently seeing her jet to a conference in Harrisburg, and make make appearances within the state at various other events. Once again the court documents clearly refer to this as a loan, and Nightingale never used any "gifting" as a defense. The trial recording is still downloadable:

It is very hypocritical of Chelene to ask for the feds for protection from her state personal debts while also relentlessly parroting that she would stand up to the feds on the water issue, immigration and a few others.

With the Super Bowl less than a week away, U.S. law enforcement officials have seized the domain names of 10 sites accused of illegally streaming live sports events.

The U.S. Attorney's Office in New York said today that it worked with Immigration and Customs Enforcement to shut down such sites as Firstrow.net, HQ-Streams.com, Rojadirecta.com, HQ-Streams.net, Ilemi.com, and Iilemii.com. The seizures were made Tuesday.

The Department of Justice and ICE said that streaming live events without authorization is harmful to sports leagues and broadcasters.

"The illegal streaming of professional sporting events over the Internet deals a financial body blow to the leagues and broadcasters, who are forced to pass their losses off to fans by raising prices for tickets and pay-per-view events," said Preet Bharara, U.S. Attorney in Manhattan.

The Obama administration has promised to crack down on copyright infringement and counterfeiting, and domain-name seizures appear to be the preferred method.

In June, the U.S. Attorney's office in Manhattan and ICE teamed up and seized at least seven domain names belonging to sites that allegedly distributed pirated movies. In November, U.S. law enforcement grabbed 80 more domain names belonging to sites accused of using the Web to distribute a wide range of counterfeit goods and copyrighted materials.
