Political Correctness police working overtime this week..

This seems the shameful Political Correctness police/radical progressives have been looking for unethical enforcement 'work' this week.

It all started with O'Reilly on ABC's Walter's 'The View'. Bill got into a verbal confrontation of facts with the unapologetic progressive PC police matrons, jokersters Joy Behar and Whoopie Goldberg. Their Progressive female 'noses' were tweaked due to Bill being on their show to discuss his best selling book and other hot topic political matters. Bill tried to help to educate these two denial 'ladies' about the 9-11 tragedy and issue of attempting to have a Muslim mosque built at a 9-11 impact sight. Things got out-of-hand by Behar starting the fireworks by rudely confronting their guest, Bill. Bill aswered back in the same 'tone' and Behar clear didin't like that & was miffed. (Gonna dish it out, you better be able to take it, babe!) Whoopie ran to support her fellow conspirator and escalted the arguement with her own voiced expletive (deleted.) Bill clearly won the argument with New Yorkers and against that of the female progessive's argument. But the two childish 'hosts' walked out like pouting children. Bill continued to say, 'You mean Muslims didn't do 9-11??!!"

Later, Bill was asked to apologise so that the errant 'girls' would come back on stage. His apology was given as an 'IF' proposition, much like the classic remembered apology that President Bill Clinton gave all those years ago on his shameful sexual presidential troubles in the Oval office. The apology worked and (unfortunately) these two clownish clueless comedians came back on the stage.

Bill was brusk, but dead on with his thoughts. Some progressive TV people still live in 'Lala land' and you just can't- after 3000 people were murdered in the most horrible way on 9-11 by Muslim terrorists(No one is allowed to use that T 'word' by Presidential order, how silly is that?). In fact,that was the shameful Lala Land mental mindset that provided the set-up for the second Twin Tower's 9-11 bombing in the first place, (Anyone, remember the FIRST World Trade Center bombing ??? I do.)

NEXT....

On Bill O'Rielly show 'The Factor', another shameful Political Correctness police/ radical progressives victim was taken, National Public Radio's . I don't often agree with National Public Radio's commentator, Juan Williams, but he has a right to express himself without being targeted for being fired for expressing his opinions. That is what has now happened to Juan Williams. Mr Willams was expressing himself on Bill's 'The View' incident. He said how he travels by plane and when he sees some airline passengers wearing Muslim cultural clothing, he is slighty worried about the safety of himself and the flight. It was an honest statement, but nothing contraversial. BUT, for stating this Juan Williams was fired from position at National Public Radio after over 10 years of work. I guess he's just another victim of the Presidentail Obama Political Correctness police. (BTW: was a big President Obama supporter, maybe that will change.)

It should be also noted that world government billionaire, progressive George Sorros has recently given several millions to National Public Radio and it's new 'investigative' news division to counteract the 10 year leadership by Fox News on TV. This new public obvious money donation Sorros action by the normally shadowy secretive money-laundering public chairty donations, might have been a reaction to Glenn Beck's calling out Sorros to appear on Beck's TV show for a man-to-man one hour discussion of politics today.

It seems that Sorros "GET HIM!"(Beck) mentality has caused another citizen Juan Williams to a victim of Political Correctness police because he lose his job due to freely voicing his opposing opininon's to the righ and powerful. Just how much government money goes into funding National Public Radio? It doesn't look so public or American now. It's happening BEFORE our eyes and before an upcoming electiuon, folks. Get smart.

For over 30 years, many Vietnam veterans....seldom spoke of Vietnam, except with other veterans, when training soldiers, and in public speeches. These past five years I have joined the hundreds of thousands who believe it is high time the truth be told about the Vietnam War and the people who served there. It's time the American people learn that the United States military did not lose the War, and that a surprisingly high number of people who claim to have served there, in fact, did not.

As Americans, support the men and women involved in the War on Terrorism, the mainstream media are once again working tirelessly to undermine their efforts and force a psychological loss or stalemate for the United States. We cannot stand by and let the media do to today's warriors what they did to us 35 years a go.

Below are some assembled some facts most readers will find interesting. It isn't a long read, but it will....I guarantee....teach you some things you did not know about the Vietnam War and those who served, fought, or died there. Please share it with those with whom you communicate.

1,713,823 of those who served in Vietnam were still alive as of August 1995 (census figures -- During that same Census count, the number of Americans falsely claiming to have served in-country was: 9,492,958 -- As of the current Census taken during August 2000, the surviving U.S. Vietnam Veteran population estimate is: 1,002,511. This is hard to believe, losing nearly 711,000 between '95 and '00. That's 390 per day. During this Census count, the number of Americans falsely claiming to have served in-country is: 13,853,027. By this census, four out of five who claim to be Vietnam vets are not.

The Department of Defense Vietnam War Service Index officially provided by The War Library originally reported with errors that 2,709,918 U.S. military personnel as having served in-country. Corrections and confirmations to this errored index resulted in the addition of 358 U.S. military personnel confirmed to have served in Vietnam but not originally listed by the Department of Defense. (All names are currently on file and accessible 24/7/365).

Isolated atrocities committed by American Soldiers produced torrents of outrage from anti-war critics and the news media while Communist atrocities were so common that they received hardly any media mention at all. The United States sought to minimize and prevent attacks on civilians while North Vietnam made attacks on civilians a centerpiece of its strategy. Americans who deliberately killed civilians received prison sentences while Communists who did so received commendations. From 1957 to 1973, the National Liberation Front assassinated 36,725 Vietnamese and abducted another 58,499. Myth: Common Belief is that most Vietnam veterans were drafted.

Fact: 2/3 of the men who served in Vietnam were volunteers. 2/3 of the men who served in World War II were drafted. Approximately 70% of those killed in Vietnam were volunteers.


Myth: The media have reported that suicides among Vietnam veterans range from 50,000 to 100,000 - 6 to 11 times the non-Vietnam veteran population.

Fact: Mortality studies show that 9,000 is a better estimate. "The CDC Vietnam Experience Study Mortality Assessment showed that during the first 5 years after discharge, deaths from suicide were 1.7 times more likely among Vietnam veterans than non-Vietnam veterans. After that initial post-service period, Vietnam veterans were no more likely to die from suicide than non-Vietnam veterans. In fact, after the 5-year post-service period, the rate of suicides is less in the Vietnam veterans' group.




Myth: Common belief is that a disproportionate number of blacks were killed in the Vietnam War.

Fact: 86% of the men who died in Vietnam were Caucasians, 12.5% were black, 1.2% were other races. Sociologists Charles C. Moskos and John Sibley Butler, in their recently published book "All That We Can Be," said they analyzed the claim that blacks were used like cannon fodder during Vietnam "and can report definitely that this charge is untrue. Black fatalities amounted to 12 percent of all Americans killed in Southeast Asia;" a figure proportional to the number of blacks in the U.S. population at the time and slightly lower than the proportion of blacks in the Army at the close of the war."




Myth: Common belief is that the war was fought largely by the poor and uneducated.

Fact: Servicemen who went to Vietnam from well-to-do areas had a slightly elevated risk of dying because they were more likely to be pilots or infantry officers. Vietnam Veterans were the best-educated forces our nation had ever sent into combat. 79% had a high school Education or better.

Here are statistics from the Combat Area Casualty File (CACF) as of November 1993. The CACF is the basis for the Vietnam Veterans Memorial (The Wall): Average age of 58,148 killed in Vietnam was 23.11 years. (Although 58,169 names are in the Nov. 93 database, only 58,148 have both event date and birth date. Event date is used instead of declared dead date for some of those who were listed as missing in action)

Myth: The common belief is the average age of an infantryman fighting in Vietnam was 19.

Fact: Assuming KIAs accurately represented age groups serving in Vietnam , the average age of an infantryman (MOS 11B) serving in Vietnam to be 19 years old is a myth, it is actually 22. None of the enlisted grades have an average age of less than 20. The average man who fought in World War II was 26 years of age.

Myth: The Common belief is that the domino theory was proved false.

Fact: The domino theory was accurate. The ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) countries, Philippines , Indonesia , Malaysia , Singapore and Thailand stayed free of Communism because of the U.S. commitment to Vietnam . The Indonesians threw the Soviets out in 1966 because of America 's commitment in Vietnam. Without that commitment, Communism would have swept all the way to the Malacca Straits that is south of Singapore and of great strategic importance to the free world. If you ask people who live in these countries that won the war in Vietnam , they have a different opinion from the American news media. The Vietnam War was the turning point for Communism.




Myth: The common belief is that the fighting in Vietnam was not as intense as in World War II.

Fact: The average infantryman in the South Pacific during World War II saw about 40 days of combat in four years. The average infantryman in Vietnam saw about 240 days of combat in one year thanks to the mobility of the helicopter. One out of every 10 Americans who served in Vietnam was a casualty. 58,148 were killed and 304,000 wounded out of 2.7 million who served. Although the percent that died is similar to other wars, amputations or crippling wounds were 300 percent higher than in World War II ....75,000 Vietnam veterans are severely disabled. MEDEVAC helicopters flew nearly 500,000 missions. Over 900,000 patients were airlifted (nearly half were American). The average time lapse between wounding to hospitalization was less than one hour. As a result, less than one percent of all Americans wounded, who survived the first 24 hours, died. The helicopter provided unprecedented mobility. Without the helicopter it would have taken three times as many troops to secure the 800 mile border with Cambodia and Laos (the politicians thought the Geneva Conventions of 1954 and the Geneva Accords or 1962 would secure the border).




Myth: Kim Phuc, the little nine year old Vietnamese girl running naked from the napalm strike near Trang Bang on 8 June 1972.....shown a million times on American television....was burned by Americans bombing Trang Bang.

Fact: No American had involvement in this incident near Trang Bang that burned Phan Thi Kim Phuc. The planes doing the bombing near the village were VNAF (Vietnam Air Force) and were being flown by Vietnamese pilots in support of South Vietnamese troops on the ground. The Vietnamese pilot who dropped the napalm in error is currently living in the United States. Even the AP photographer, Nick Ut, who took the picture, was Vietnamese. The incident in the photo took place on the second day of a three-day battle between the North Vietnamese Army (NVA) who occupied the village of Trang Bang and the ARVN (Army of the Republic of Vietnam) who were trying to force the NVA out of the village. Recent reports in the news media that an American commander ordered the air strike that burned Kim Phuc are incorrect. There were no Americans involved in any capacity. "We (Americans) had nothing to do with controlling VNAF," according to Lieutenant General (Ret) James F. Hollingsworth, the Commanding General of TRAC at that time. Also, it has been incorrectly reported that two of Kim Phuc's brothers were killed in this incident. They were Kim's cousins not her brothers.




Myth: The United States lost the war in Vietnam.

Fact: The American military was not defeated in Vietnam. The American military did not lose a battle of any consequence. From a military standpoint, it was almost an unprecedented performance. General Westmoreland quoting Douglas Pike, a professor at the University of California, Berkley a major military defeat for the VC and NVA.

The United States did not lose the Vietnam War; the South Vietnamese did. The fall of Saigon happened 30 April 1975, two years AFTER the American military left Vietnam . The last American troops departed in their entirety 29 March 1973 .

How could we lose a war we had already stopped fighting? We fought to an agreed stalemate. The peace settlement was signed in Paris on 27 January 1973 . It called for release of all U.S. prisoners, withdrawal of U.S. forces, limitation of both sides' forces inside South Vietnam and a commitment to peaceful reunification. The 140,000 evacuees in April 1975 during the fall of Saigon consisted almost entirely of civilians and Vietnamese military, NOT American military running for their lives. There were almost twice as many casualties in Southeast Asia (primarily Cambodia) the first two years after the fall of Saigon in 1975 then there were during the ten years the U.S. was involved in Vietnam . Thanks for the perceived loss and the countless assassinations and torture visited upon Vietnamese, Laotians, and Cambodians goes mainly to the American media and their undying support-by-misrepresentation of the anti-War movement in the United States .

As with much of the Vietnam War, the news media misreported and misinterpreted the 1968 Tet Offensive. It was reported as an overwhelming success for the Communist forces and a decided defeat for the U.S. forces. Nothing could be further from the truth. Despite initial victories by the Communists forces, the Tet Offensive resulted in a major defeat of those forces. General Vo Nguyen Giap, the designer of the Tet Offensive, is considered by some as ranking with Wellington, Grant, Lee and MacArthur as a great commander. Still, militarily, the Tet Offensive was a total defeat of the Communist forces on all fronts. It resulted in the death of some 45,000 NVA troops and the complete, if not total destruction of the Viet Cong elements in South Vietnam. The Organization of the Viet Cong Units in the South never recovered. The Tet Offensive succeeded on only one front and that was the News front and the political arena. This was another example in the Vietnam War of an inaccuracy becoming the perceived truth. However, inaccurately reported, the News Media made the Tet Offensive famous.

Suspect In Valley Village, CA- Murder Of Cheree Ozmanhodzic Identified

Los Angeles police this week announced they have identified a suspect in the shocking and brutal Valley Village murder of a bride-to-be in July. The alleged killer was ID'd as Omar Armando Loera, a 34-year-old who was described as a "parolee at-large" (ILLEGAL ALIEN ??) with tattoos of Aztec women on both shoulders. Police Tuesday afternoon said Loera weighs 170 pounds and stands at 5 feet, 9 inches tall. Anyone with information about him was asked to call police at 818-623-4016.
Cheree Ozmanhodzic was "brutally murdered" in her home on July 24, apparently right before her husband-to-be was returning from an errand right after the sun set, according to police. The fiancé spotted a man in the home and chased him down the street as the residence went up in flames in an apparent attempt by the killer to cover-up evidence. The body of Chere, a 34-year-old Armani saleswoman, was soon discovered. The exact way she was killed was not revealed. At the time, however, police had enough of a description of the suspect to release an artist's sketch of the man they wanted at the time.

After having helped her out financially, driving her to rallies, buying her meals and such for close to a year we go to Simi Valley where a bunch of us were protesting a church harboring illegal alien Liliana. I was on my bullhorn giving the church an earful when Chelene decides that I should not and says "No"! at the same time that she physically pushes the bullhorn away from me. I was shocked! I was angered and beside myself with indignation. She was my passenger, that's how she got there. I could not believe her nerve. The same day I calmed down and purchased her meal for her after the event and drove her back to the Antelope Valley.

I was beginning to catch on that there was really something wrong with this woman.

Some time later she decides to host the NAU rally in West Los Angeles by the Federal building. She approaches me about me bringing my sound system to the event. I was hesitant because of her prior behavior but agreed to do so.

A week before the event was to take place I informed her that my old truck was not faring well and that I would not be able to make it. She wanted to borrow the equipment and I told her that I do not loan that stuff out because people wreck it and return it saying "I'm sorry" and leave me to get it fixed at my expense.

She became angry and I told her to check with Ted Hayes because I had helped him to select a system and that they would be able to help her, besides, she had been loaned a large amount of money recently and could have purchased a system. Ted Hayes helped her out.

I decided to attend the rally in my van. As soon as I arrived Jeff Schwilk came to me and said that he was just the messenger but that Chelene wanted me to leave her rally.

I stayed because I had driven a long ways. Later when she came to me I held out a fifty dollar bill (donation for porta potties that she had asked for) that she ripped out of my hand (no exaggeration) and asked me why I was there.

I said that I had come in support.

The rally ended and I encountered a gentleman who was on the other side of the issue with respect to illegal immigration and who recognized us. We started arguing and Chelene said to me, "I order you to stop talking to him" with outstretched arm and finger pointed in the direction she wanted me to go in. This is no lie on my part. It is exactly what she said and did. I had been in the service, taken orders and marched. Who in hell was this woman to speak to me as if she were a general and I her subordinate?

Later we all went to a place to eat and one of the ladies was shooting a video. She asked some of us to speak and she wanted me to be first. I got up to speak and Chelene jumped up immediately to stop me. Later I was told that she was telling the video lady that I was on the other side, a mole, a traitor. No, I did not pay for her meal.

I kept my cool but i wasn't going to be taking Chelene anywhere from that moment on. She called on numerous occasions trying to ride with me (it saved her gas money, she could bum a meal and her vehicle was safe from goon attacks) but I made lame excuses as to why I could not take her with me. I just did not want to empower someone that had, and would keep treating me like small change.

Frankly I was done with her and I understood why others were too...fully!

There had been prior outrages but I had always looked past the moment and forgiven her. There was the time that we were having an Antelope Valley Independent Minutemen BBQ at my home and Chelene was talking with many of them. They did not like her demeanor and wanted her booted out of the AVIMM. Then at the same BBQ she wanted some toys for her son to play with and my wife graciously produced some army men from a box of toys, Chelene noticing that one of these held a chinese flag threw the figure back into the box and told my wife "I am offended". My wife doesn't take lip from anyone but because of me she kept a lid on it and later said to me, "Don't ever bring that bitch here again". I agreed that my wife was and is correct.

Chelene was never invited back.

I have been labelled by Barbara Coe and Jeff Schwilk as being an Anti-American, a goon and a traitor and all that was involved in this were my court dealings with their darling.

Jeff Schwilk was on me like white on rice immediately as he tried to paint me as a traitor so that not a word of truth would be uttered about his leader.

Barbara Coe declared me a traitor three times over the same situation.

Non of them offered to pay a cent of what was owed on a large debt.

Losing Barbara Coe's trust hurt quite a bit and I was taken aback by it all. I had never had a cross word with Jeff or Barbara prior to that.
Finally I settled in emotionally and just said good riddance to both of them.

And all of this because of whom? Chelene!

If the people of Victorville want to be treated like shit then they can vote for Chelene and by God they deserve what they get.

Slavery is alive in the US with employer hiring illegal aliens

I recognize that illegal aliens are be exploited by employers every day of the week in your comfortable middle-class community. Look at the street corners for that proof. Many limoLiberals expoused run-of-the-mill progressive talking points about illegal aliens. Those boring false points have been "busted" by the media voters and officials for many months now. Illegals don't do jobs American won't do, especially in this harsh ecomony. Slavery is alive in the US. Americans spend months at a time at sea fishing for crab or drilling for oil; two of the most dangerous jobs in the world. Americans clean bathrooms, subway stations and crime scenes. Americans man toll booths, pave roads, embalm bodies and inspect sewers. Yet people really expect us to believe that they won't pick strawberries or oranges?

It just doesn't add up.

Earlier this week The Wall Street Journal published a story about a shortage of H-2B visas, which are issued twice a year to nonagricultural seasonal employees. Because our government can't get out of its own way, they recently let an important "returning workers" provision expire resulting in thousands of foreign workers being shut out of the country this summer.

That's inexcusable. I know this will come as a huge shock to those who only like to hurl insults, but I think we should be issuing more work visas, more student visas, and more green cards. And I think we should cut the red tape and bureaucracy that's constantly blocking the front door.

But until that happens people are left looking for loopholes and excuses, and "jobs Americans won't do" is the gold standard.

The Journal article offered an example of a couple that sells food at fairs around California each summer. They say that because of the H-2B visa shortage most of their seasonal employees aren't able to enter the country.

So why don't they just hire Americans instead? Good question. Her answer? "This is a hard job."

I find it pretty hard to believe that there aren't a few college students who wouldn't want to drive around California and work outdoors all summer, but let's assume that's true. Let's even assume that none of the other 1.1 million Californians who were unemployed as of April are interested in the job either. Isn't anyone wondering why?

Well I'm not a labor consultant, but I am a thinker. Maybe the problem isn't that the job they're offering is "too hard," maybe it's that the wages they're offering are "too low."

No one paints the undersides of bridges for fun, they do it for the money. That's how capitalism works.

How capitalism does NOT work is when we collectively look the other way as companies exploit illegal labor for their own benefit.

The unspoken truth is that these businesses don't hire illegal aliens because they can't find American workers, they hire illegal aliens because they don't want American workers. And it has nothing to do with wages.

Illegal aliens mean no workers' comp claims, no age, race or sex discrimination lawsuits, no healthcare premiums, no unions, and no demands for raises, vacations or bigger offices. In fact, illegal immigrants are the perfect employees because they're not employees at all; they're corporate slaves.

Economist Dr. Thomas Sowell once said, "Blacks were not enslaved because they were black, but because they were available." Can't the exact same thing be said for illegal aliens? They're available and we're allowing them to be exploited in the name of cheap groceries.

Is the price of fruit really the standard we want to live up to as a country? Is that really who we've become?

Many Americans believe that cracking down on the businesses that hire illegal aliens (the current maximum federal fine was recently raised to a laughable $16,000) would hurt these hardworking people too much. A bad job is better than no job, we tell ourselves. But that's catalogue compassion. If you want to understand the real impact of these decisions you've got to get off the couch and go see it for yourself.

Back in 2005, Newsday did an investigation of the living conditions of immigrants in the New York area. In the city of Westbury (median income: $83,000/year) officials found twelve immigrants living in a basement flooded with sewage.

In Southampton (median income: $64,000/year) officials found immigrants living in sheds with no plumbing or heat.

In New Cassel (median income: $62,000/year) officials estimated there were dozens of "shift-bed houses" where immigrants literally rent mattresses for a few hours a day to catch some sleep.

Is compassion looking the other way while immigrants who come here for the dream end up living a nightmare smack dab in the middle of some of our wealthiest communities?

Is compassion ignoring stories that reveal the truth, like the recent raid of a squalid "drop house" in Los Angeles where 57 illegal aliens were being held against their will?

Is compassion not wanting to hear that a woman was raped in that drop house, or that many more would have been if not for the screams of their children disrupting the attackers?

If that's compassion, then I guess I'm happy to be accused of having none.

The problem with the debate over illegal immigration right now is that special interests have been successful in making us think with our hearts instead of our brains. We've been persuaded to believe that real compassion can only be achieved by following their agenda. But look where that's gotten us. And more importantly, look where that's gotten the people they're supposedly trying to help.

If you really want to be compassionate, then help immigrants get jobs here the right way. Help put crippling fines on the employers who knowingly hire illegal workers, help expand and simplify the visa process, and, most importantly, help get people to start thinking with their brains again.

After all, compassion without common sense may feel good but it doesn't achieve anything. If you need proof then go out and give $1,000 to every homeless person who asks you for change. I bet your heart would be full, but your wallet would soon be empty. And all those people would probably still be homeless.

In California, only three birthdays are official state holidays: Jesus Christ’s, Martin Luther King’s, and Cesar Chavez’s. Beatification as a secular saint, though, isn’t always good for the soul. A recent four-part exposé by reporter Miriam Pawel in the Los Angeles Times revealed how the labor leader turned revered ethnic icon descended into paranoia, megalomania, and general crack-pottery in the 15 years before his death in 1993.
Today, his United Farm Workers functions less as a union it represents only 2 percent of the California agricultural workforce than as a lucrative Latino-pride fundraising machine providing sinecures for a dozen Chavez relatives. Pawel writes, Chavez’s heirs run a web of tax-exempt organizations that exploit his legacy and invoke the harsh lives of farm workers to raise millions of dollars in public and private money. The money does little to improve the lives of California farm workers, who still struggle with the most basic health and housing needs and try to get by on seasonal, minimum-wage jobs.
From 1965 to 1981, the UFW succeeded in raising wages significantly for stoop laborers in California. Since then, their pay has fallen, and they’ve lost most of the fringe benefits they had won. Today, most make less than $10,000 per year. Hundreds were discovered near Salinas living in caves, a mass indignity that even that town’s most famous son, John Steinbeck, barely anticipated in The Grapes of Wrath.
Unfortunately, in focusing on gossip about the personal foibles of Chavez and his successors, the LA Times series completely ignored the politically incorrect paradox of who was most responsible for wiping out the gains Mexican-American farm workers had achieved through strikes and consumer boycotts: illegal immigrants from Mexico.
His success stemmed from the long-term decline in the farm labor supply. According to agricultural economist Philip L. Martin of the University of California, Davis, migrant farm workers in the U.S. numbered 2 million in the 1920s. Eisenhower cracked down on Mexican illegal immigrants, shipping one million home in 1954 alone. The famous 1960 Harvest of Shame documentary by CBS newsman Edward R. Murrow inspired liberal Democrats in Congress to abolish the bracero guest-worker program in 1964. The supply of migrant workers dropped to about 200,000, most of them American citizens, making unionization and better contracts feasible as long as what Marx called the reserve army of the unemployed could be bottled up south of the border. The next year, Chavez began his storied organizing campaign.
Growers fought back by busing the reserve army up from Mexico. In 1979, Chavez bitterly testified to Congress:
‘when the farm workers strike and their strike is successful, the employers go to Mexico and have unlimited, unrestricted use of illegal alien strikebreakers to break the strike. And, for over 30 years, the Immigration and Naturalization Service has looked the other way and assisted in the strikebreaking. I do not remember one single instance in 30 years where the Immigration service has removed strikebreakers.’ The employers use professional smugglers to recruit and transport human contraband across the Mexican border for the specific act of strikebreaking.
In 1969, Chavez led a march to the Mexican border to protest illegal immigration. Joining him were Sen. Walter Mondale and Martin Luther King’s successor as head of the Southern Christian Leadership Conference, Ralph Abernathy.
The UFW picketed INS offices to demand closure of the border. Chavez also finked on illegal alien scabs to la migra. Columnist Ruben Navarrette Jr. reported in the Arizona Republic, Cesar Chavez, a labor leader intent on protecting union membership, was as effective a surrogate for the INS as ever existed. Indeed, Chavez and the United Farm Workers Union he headed routinely reported, to the INS, for deportation, suspected illegal immigrants who served as strikebreakers or refused to unionize.
Like today’s Minutemen, UFW staffers under the command of Chavez’s brother Manuel patrolled the Arizona-Mexico border to keep out illegal aliens. Unlike the well-behaved Minutemen, however, Chavez’s boys sometimes beat up intruders.

TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - After a second day of trying, KGUN9 News has finally obtained a response from the White House on Governor Brewer's request to send the National Guard to patrol Arizona's border. While not directly addressing the deployment question, the statement promised that the administration will continue "monitoring" the situation.

On Wednesday KGUN9's Steve Nunez documented how Arizona Governor Jan Brewer has made five written requests for such a deployment over the last year and a half. The governor said none of those requests elicited a reply. Since the murder of prominent southeast Arizona rancher Robert Krentz on Saturday, many other politicians on both sides of the aisle, along with many ranchers and law enforcement officers, have echoed the governor's request. Nunez tried repeatedly to get a response from the White House to those calls on Wednesday. He spent the day being shuffled from one agency to the next and ended the day with a score of zero.

On Thursday Nunez tried again, retracing his steps and asking the same questions of many of the same people. Among the questions 9 On Your Side wants to know: What is the President's stance on sending troops to the border? Why has his administration simply ignored the requests from Arizona's governor? What does the President have to say to Arizona citizens and politicians who are now renewing that call and asking for his help?

By the end of the business day, Nunez was able to obtain this carefully worded statement from White House spokesman Adam Abrams: "The President is firmly committed to ensuring our borders are secure. It is why the Administration has taken important steps - including deploying additional law enforcement resources to reduce illegal flows across the border and supporting Mexico's efforts against drug trafficking organizations. We are carefully monitoring the situation and will continue to ensure that we are doing everything necessary to keep communities along the Southwest border safe."

The statement sidestepped the question of why the administration has simply ignored Governor Brewer. Adams told KGUN9 News that the statement quoted above is all the White House will have to say on this issue for now.

Calls for National Guard deployment erupted anew over the weekend following the Krentz murder. Someone shot Krentz to death Saturday at his ranch about 25 miles northeast of Douglas. Investigators have no suspects and no confirmed motive, but have said the most likely scenario is that Krentz encountered an illegal border crosser.

Ranchers along the border have been complaining for years that they're overrun with border crossers. On Sunday Cochise County Larry Dever confirmed that burglaries, home invasions and even kidnappings are now a routine occurrence along the border corridor.

In doing research for these stories, KGUN9 News found in its files a 1999 interview from a rancher in that area who lamented that no one was listening. It's the same complaint ranchers have today -- but in the wake of the Krentz murder, ranchers are making the complaint more forcefully. This time, at least some politicians are making a point of listening. On Wednesday night, hundreds of ranchers and area residents turned out in the border town of Portal to meet with Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords on the issue. Giffords, a Democrat, is among those calling for National Guard deployment.

On Thursday Nunez also pursued the story through the Department of Homeland Security, now headed by former Arizona Governor Janet Napolitano. While she was governor, Napolitano had a reputation of being fairly accessible to citizens and the media. A department spokesman told Nunez today that if he wanted to question Napolitano about the border security situation in Arizona, he should put in a request, and expect to wait at least a month.

Dear Minutemen,

Thank you for posting the two trial results on your site that completely exonerate me from all the false accusations made about the MMP by some sinister individuals who, three years ago, set out to destroy the organization and stop the immigration lawlessness awareness campaign.

I hope these two court decisions, both decisively in my favor, finally put to rest any suspicion that I am a criminal monster as deliberately falsely portrayed for the past three years by those complete mindless beasts (the hijackers) who tried to steal the Minuteman Project in a futile effort to destroy it.

Since one of their legal advisors from the firm of Gilbert and Marlow in Santa Ana, Ca. has close ties and connections to La Raza, it is appearing more and more that these bandits were working at the whim of La Raza or some other pro-illegal alien group. MMP lawyers are suing Gilbert & Marlowe for legal malpractice due to that law firms deemed unscrupulous actions.

The hijackers are long-time personal friends with journalist Frank Mickadeit of the Orange County Register (Santa Ana, Ca.) newspaper, and it appears he also conspired with them to disrupt the Minuteman Project and the minuteman movement by writing commentaries about me and the Project that deliberately and falsely claimed that the MMP and its leaders were criminals conducting all sorts of criminal activities from within the MMP.

Americans, this stuff is beyond the twilight zone. It is so surreal that it is almost unbelievable. I have always thought "framing" someone was something that only happened in fictional movies. I never thought in my life that I would ever be the victim of a "framing," but I was. UNBELIEVABLE!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!! (yep, still in disbelief that all of this actually happened).

I will again re-file federal and state criminal actions against the perpetrators as soon as I am done suing them next month in a civil trial. I have already gotten one arrested and put in the slammer. He is out now on probation. He stands being returned to prison for five years for violating his probation.

I also intend to include "dirty" journalist Frank Mickadeit as a possible "person of interest" in any criminal investigation.

As a former "clean, honest and respectable" newspaper reporter (from the early 70s), I am appalled that so-called journalist Frank Mickadeit would stoop so low as to deliberately write lies to intentionally distort the truth in the eyes of a newspaper's readership. His actions speak volumes about today's rampant corruption within the ranks of the media. In my opinion, people like Mickadeit are no different than bribe-taking politicians, drug-dealing cops, pedophile priests, or Wall Street thieves. They are all dirty.

Minutemen and women, stay within the rules of law in everything you do, and you will win in everything you do. And that is how we are going to win this contest with our political governors to stop the immigration lawlessness.

The Court having taken the court trial under submission 1/25/10 now issues its statement of decision:

Based on the evidence presented at trial the court finds that James Gilchrist has never been legally terminated as a board member of the MMPI and that defendants Courtney and Stewart were lawfully terminated as board members from MMPI on February 2, 2007.

In making the above findings the court has considered the various legal and factual arguments advanced by the defendants and finds that with the possible exception of their claim that plaintiff is stopped from claiming he has the sole director of MMPI, which claim was not fully litigated, the arguments lack merit.
· For example, there is NO legal or factual support for the defendants’ claim of laches as it applies to plaintiff’s claim that he was the sole director of the MMPI or that he and others lawfully terminated the defendants. ·
*Likewise there is NO legal or factual basis for determining that Gilchrist and other members of the board were prevented from voting on their removal because it would have involved their self-dealing as interested directors.
· Finally, the court finds that there is NO legal or factual basis for the defendants’ claim that James Gilchrist waived his right to notice of his termination by appearing at the Janurary 29th board meeting. Of course Bueler and Eichler did not appear for that meeting, so the argument of waiver would not have applied to them in any event.

A permanent injunction shall issue, ordering defendants Courtney, Stewart, and Sielski to refrain from holding themselves out to anyone as members of Minute Man Project Inc, or members of its board of directors. This injunction requires the taking down of any web site, including but not limited to http://www.minutemenprojectinc. Com, wherein defendants hold themselves out to be members, managers, or spokespersons of the Minute Man Project INC. or members of the board of directors of the Minute Man Project Inc. Said defendants are further ordered to turn over all property belonging to Minute Man Project Inc to plaintiff. The court further finds, with regard to the defendants’ motions in limine and the plaintiff’s request for declaratory relief, that defendants Courtney, Stewart and Seilski are not members of Minute Man Project Inc, and have not been members of the border of directors of the Minute Man Project Inc, since February 2rd, 2007

REPORT: The investigation on Crooks/Taylor (Crooks) has been ongoing for almost four years. Crooks thinks I am a close friend. When I first met Crooks, he painted this elaborate picture of how many people he knew, what a tough “good ol’ boy” and outstanding patriot he was, and how much he had done for America. He talked a good game. You asked me about a profile on Crooks. From my extensive research, I have found that Crooks is a narcissistic, dangerous, professional criminal and a con artist, whom has cheated and lied to/about many of the people he has come into contact with. I have found that Crooks has a sadistic attitude towards those who he rebels against, men and women alike. It seems that Crooks will go to any lengths to hurt a person or organization, for his benefit and needs, (without regard or concern for others), if Crooks feels someone or some organization opposes him. He has, also, been found to falsify statements about people to explain his failures.
Throughout my research and interviews with hundreds of individuals: doctors, lawyers, judges, law enforcement, and the everyday working person, I have found that Crooks targets kindhearted, sympathetic, compassionate, benevolent, naive people. Mainly, people that believe in the cause of maintaining America’s Constitutional sovereignty, enforcing the laws, keeping illegals and drugs out of the United States (From here on, known as Patriots).

Evidence shows that Crooks seeks these people with the intent to con, scam and/or defraud them over the years:
a) Out of money: donations, port-a-potty bills, gas for his truck and generators, and necessities for himself and his dogs (has had different dogs over the years)
b) Out of Material things: marijuana, beer, cigarettes, gas, generators, binoculars, tactical gear, ammo, vehicles, a motor home, a fifth wheel, a horse trailer, food for himself and his dogs, free utilities: gas, sewer, water
c) Into doing things for him: creating and maintaining his various websites, laundry, errands, picking up after him, cleaning his camp site, taking care of his dogs' needs---all with no compensation ever offered.

I know that Crooks is being investigated for Drug Smuggling, Felony Vandalism, Burglary, and Tax Evasion, along with other crimes, both Felony and Misdemeanor. If this Convicted Criminal is smuggling drugs to our kids, threatening peoples’ lives, and putting our organizations at the risk of bad publicity I will help in any way I can, to stop him.
Crooks told a few of us that he “allegedly” ran from the cops for over twelve (12) years regarding a Felony Armed Robbery that he committed in Oregon. Crooks, also, said that he had those records expunged. Being a "Fugitive from Justice" for a Felony, and getting the record expunged for the associated Felony, defies credibility. Investigation of this claim is on-going.
Crooks has a criminal record about three pages long. Including, but not limited to several convictions for Assault and Battery, Weapons Violations, and DUI Charges. Also, Crooks is charge with a Felony in San Diego County (San Diego Superior Court, original case number F89433 which was updated to CR-73887, DA-A87940), for Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
Crooks (AKA: Robert Allen Taylor) was charged with having violated: PC (Penal Code) 245(1) with PC 12022.7 and PC 1192.7(23).

PC 245: Any person who commits an assault upon the person ofanother with a deadly weapon or instrument other than a firearm or byany means of force likely to produce great bodily injury shall bepunished by imprisonment in the state prison for two, three, or fouryears, or in a county jail for not exceeding one year, or by a finenot exceeding ten thousand dollars ($10,000), or by both the fine andimprisonment.

PC 12022.7: Any person who personally inflicts great bodily injury3on any person other than an accomplice in the commission of a felonyor attempted felony shall be punished by an additional andconsecutive term of imprisonment in the state prison for three years.

PC 1192.7 (23): Any felony in which the defendant personally used a dangerous or deadly weapon.

NOTE: ICCU stands for Intensive Coronary Care Unit. The below statement was made by doctor Mushovic, M.D. regarding Crooks’ victim, Mr. Serchio, who was admitted to the ICCU via the emergency room in Coronado Hospital, in Coronado, California, for his severe injuries inflicted by Crooks. Doctor Mushovic, M.D.’s statement: “This 30-year-old male…was assaulted while aboard his boat in the middle of the bay. He jumped overboard to prevent further injury. He indicates that the assailant attempted to run over him with his own boat several times.” “…because of the severities of the injuries about the head and the suspected evidence of linear fracture of the left temporal bone, he was admitted to Coronado Hospital ICCU for treatment and observation for probable cerebral concussion.” (Criminal report is attached above)

Crooks’ latest crime culminated between August 3 - 13, 2009. The alleged Burglary and Vandalism of a commercial fishing boat in Ventura, CA. (CRIME REPORT #09-11002). If you witnessed anything regarding this crime, please contact the Ventura Police Department at 805-339-4400, regarding crime number #09-11002, and let your local police department know the same information, and make sure that both police departments make a report, since Crooks has left the area. Callers can make these reports anonymously.

In my interviews with several people, police and investigators, it is my understanding that these are the chain of events: Crooks was fired, as captain, of said commercial fishing boat, because the owner discovered that Crooks was a convicted criminal, plus Crooks' true identity became questionable, because of Crooks’ Felony Police Report F89433. This Felony Police Report (F89433) regarding Felony Assault and Battery had the name Robert Allen Taylor, (AKA: Robert Wesley Crooks).

It appears Crooks was, also, fired because he lied about having a Commercial Captain’s license. Crooks had told the boat owner and other witnesses that he did have a Commercial Captain‘s license, as required by law. Additionally, it was reported that Crooks continuously used drugs, drank alcohol, and had demonstrated a clear lack of work ethic over the course of many months.
When the boat’s owner fired Crooks, ordered him to vacate the boat and stay off, Crooks allegedly pre-meditated the extensive vandalism of this boat. Witnesses saw Crooks on the boat, after Crooks was fired. Where during this time, Crooks allegedly punctured holes in the oil filter of the boat’s huge diesel engine and did the same to the boat’s new generator, as well as, ran the boat for two days straight, in the slip, until all the oil in the engine and maybe the generator was dry, thus destroying the diesel engine. The generator is still under inspection. Crooks, also, destroyed ten (10) very expensive pieces of electrical equipment, including the Furuno color video sounder, Echotec video plotter, Furuno plotter, Liquid Video display screen, Faria V-Term watchdog system, Garmin GPS map, ComNav autopilot, WesMar scanning sonar system, VHF radio, and 2MM radio. I’ve been to the boat and seen the horrific damage! The owner/victim was asked to send pictures of the crime to police, I have attached these pictures. (The boat is still under inspection for further damage).

Crooks, by phone, admitted the Vandalism to the Investigative Officer at the Ventura Police department. The crime report now is on the DA’s desk: (Case number 2009033305).
It is documented that Crooks tried to get insurance information right around the time he committed the crime in order to benefit himself by defrauding the insurance company and the boat’s owner.
I have spoken to many people and witnesses regarding this crime and have received the actual documents associated with the purchase of this boat and squid permit. Those documents consist of bank, credit card statements, sales papers, etc., all showing this owner/victim (young lady and her failing mother), being the sole financer(s), for this commercial fishing boat and Market Squid Permit. In talking with several witnesses, it seems that the victim(s) were persuaded to invest their life savings to the purchase of this boat and squid permit, based on Crooks' claims, lies and misrepresentations of the profit potential for Commercial Squid Fishing. It appears that Crooks took advantage, of this young lady’s hardship with her seriously ill mother and step father, by making promises and claims he knew were false, including but not limited to: misrepresenting the profit potential end of the business, misrepresenting that he does not (According to the United States Coast Guard) have a Captions License, and misrepresenting the demise of so-called members of Crooks’ Mountain Minutemen group, including himself, should the young lady not make this loan/investment (more on this below). Further evidence shows that this young lady and her mother (believing in the same cause as Crooks, regarding Patriotism), almost lost their home to foreclosure, because Crooks ‘conned’ them into thinking he could captain the boat and could make enough money in five months, (August 2008 - December 2008), so that the young lady would have enough to completely pay off the boat and squid permit, be able to stay home to take care of her parents, and work on/invest in her upcoming project. Additionally, the victim was told by Crooks that he could, also, make enough money, in those five months to enable his ‘organization’ (Mountain Minutemen) to pay a hefty, six figure, down payment to buy Patriot Point, thus "saving" the “demise” of the organization. Subsequent evidence shows that Crooks knew that the purchase of Patriot Point would never take place, regardless of what funds might come in, and the ‘purchase’ was a ruse, playing on his young lady’s/victims' patriotism.

In consulting with other Captains in the squid industry, it appears as though Crooks’ lack of10Captain’s skills in squid fishing, and lack of effort or work ethic, is responsible for the business failing. The business made only 1 / 7th of the money that the victim/owner put into the boat, business and squid permit. I’ve met the victim (young lady) before this incident and she is a wonderful person, who sacrifices a lot to take care of her mother and step-dad. Her parents both in wheelchairs, and were both in the final stages of their fatal diseases: stage 4 cancer (step-father) and Lou Gehrig's Disease, (mother). The victim’s father passed only a few months after Crook’s horrible actions and lie’s toward this family.

This young lady, that owns the boat, was adopted and had just met her birth father (a former US Marine) about five years ago. Her birth father is the one who discovered, and revealed to her, Crooks’ past history: his prior Felony Charge in San Diego, one of Crooks’ aliases, Robert Allen Taylor, and the fact that Crooks did not have a Captain’s license as he had represented. As a result of these revelations, Crooks began a campaign of publicly spreading rumors of fabricated, outrageous lies about the victim‘s natural father. Crooks personally told me some of these vile accusations. The victim’s natural father has three other young daughters that may be hurt by Crooks’ hideous, slanderous, defamatory accusations. But, Crooks didn’t stop there. Further into my research, I found that Crooks verbally threatened the life of the victims’ natural father several different times. There is a police report regarding Crooks‘ threats, on file, at the Chula Vista police department in California.

Numerous witnesses reported Crooks has been addicted to drugs and alcohol for many years and has started drinking heavily, again, off and on over the last six to seven months. Witnesses and pictures circulated by Crooks, and others, have confirmed this fact. Crooks, allegedly, is using people’s donations to purchase drugs, alcohol, cigarettes, and prostitutes instead of financing border operations as Crooks solicited for, from donors and followers.

During my investigations, I have found records where a (patriot), gave Crooks $4000.00 around the month of July, 2009, (In the beginning of August is when Crooks circulated the pictures and a video of him and the girl, below, that he ‘claims’ is a prostitute).
Crooks was no where near the border nor conducting any border operations. In fact, Crooks had not been seen at the border area, at all, for months, in fact, almost a year. The exception was to attend a one day July 4th social event.

Crooks sent these pictures, plus other pictures, and a video, via email, to a lot of us. (The girl was totally unaware that the video was being taken. The other photos and video are not attached to this email). Witnesses say that Crooks sent these pictures over the internet for bragging rights. To me, if Crooks didn’t tell the prostitute(s) about his incurable Hepatitis C disease, it’s attempted murder. Crooks has gone by many aliases as you can see by the above names. I reviewed Robert Wesley Crooks’ credit history, he has one item on his credit report, which brings me to the conclusions: that either Crooks just got out of prison about five years ago, or he has just started using his ‘believed’ real name again, or Robert Wesley Crooks is another alias used by this man. It may be Crooks’ intent to not leave a paper trail for fear his past may catch up to him.
Crooks ran his Minutemen ‘Organization’ out of the state of California. In my findings, Crooks has different websites with Pay Pal accounts in which he solicits donations. Crooks, also, gets donations by mail, wire transfers and hand-outs, plus he sells his cups, hats and T-shirts. Crooks has not, at this time, reported any income to the IRS or the California Franchised Tax Board. His Mountain Minutemen organization is NOT a Non-profit Organization. I highly recommend that, if you, or anyone you know, has given Crooks donations, no matter how small, contact the IRS, immediately, at 800-829-0433, to make sure your donations were reported properly. You may want to, also contact the Franchised tax board in your state as well as the state of California at 800-952-5665, to report money given to Crooks.

In being around Crooks, studying his ‘character‘, and talking to many witnesses, including Crooks’ other ‘friends’, he has badmouthed, made unkind remarks, and literally lied about extremely great patriots, like: Charlie Uno, Dick Buck, Shorty, Viking, Jeff Schwilk, Kate Hilton, Carl Braun, Chris Simcox, T.J. Myers, Weasel, Bonfire, Radar, Melissa Gardner, Dusty Lane, Arizona Patriot, Treesman, and many more. It’s interesting that Crooks is badmouthing all of them, and literally lying about some of them, after most of them have done so much for him.
More regarding Crooks’ character: When Crooks first came to the border, he ‘told’ everyone that his residence was at Patriot Point, which is located south of Campo, California, about 30 feet from the American/Mexican border. Crooks portrayed himself as a dedicated patriot, and according to him, had become so outraged by the porous US border, that he made the “sacrifice” of coming to the border, setting up a permanent post and dedicating his life to "guarding our nation". The truth is that Crooks was living rent-free on private property, off the border, in Jacumba, California, in exchange for caretaking duties. Crooks, failing at that, was replaced and asked to leave. Having no where to go, he then, proceeded to set up camp at Patriot Point as a squatter, and created his new patriot persona.

Crooks exploited the national outrage regarding the illegal alien/border issues, thus enabling him to justify squatting on private property and soliciting donations. Crooks’ stories ranged form saying that the Indians gave him that property, to the property was government land. Crooks maintained this ruse for over two (2) years, rent-free. Additionally, when Crooks would find attention (and probably donations) dwindling, he would commit irrational acts “to bring attention to himself and feed his narcissistic ego“. Those acts were very damaging to the very movement he professed to be devoted to. Crooks has been heard saying that he didn't care about the damage to the movement or law abiding patriots, it was his goal was to bring attention to him, even if it was negative.

The information that I accumulated from many witnesses, and being around Crooks and his ‘organization‘, are that the ‘members’ of the "Mountain Minutemen" were actually independent border observers that were merely acquainted with Crooks and associated with him when they were conducting their independent operations in the area. Patriot Point was used by those patriots, at Crooks' invitation, as an operations staging area due to the desolation of the area. Safety in numbers. There were no formal meetings, organized agendas, official business or scheduled operations. The Mountain Minutemen consisted of a website owned by Crooks (paid for by donations) whereby Crooks could solicit donations for his ‘border operations’ group. No one benefited from the donations except for Crooks. There was no accounting of donations nor was anyone else privy to the amount collected. Crooks solicited these donations for his sole benefit.

Crooks maintained an ongoing feud with another rogue ‘patriot’, and it is believed that this adversary contacted the owner of the Patriot Point property and reported Crooks' squatting on the property. The owner legally evicted Crooks from the property. After Crooks heard that he was going to be evicted from Patriot Point, Crooks simply went AWOL, leaving his cluttered campsite and the group that he called himself the leader and founder of. I personally witnessed the fact that Crooks, abandoned ‘his’ group, and left them to clean up the former Patriot Point when Crooks completely abandoned his position (it took about a weeks worth of work). These patriots (men and women, but mainly one Marine) had to drop what they were doing, and spend their time and hard labor getting trucks, a motor home, a fifth wheel, supplies, tents, generators, a horse trailer, etc., off Patriot Point which is on a very steep hill with a washed out road, and gullies about two feet deep. If these patriots didn’t get Crooks’ stuff, that he mainly got from donations, off Patriot Point immediately, everything would have been lost and Crooks would have been charged with destruction of private property. Again, Crooks never offered any money to anyone to clean up his mess, that he should have been responsible for.

Just prior to Crooks' departure, a young man, Radar, with no experience on the border, arrived for a pre-planned, two week stay, to help Crooks "guard the border". Led to believe, by Crooks, that Crooks had no money or food, Radar brought all his own money, plus allegedly some of his mother’s money, in order to buy food and provisions for both, him and Crooks. Witnesses state that, Crooks told Radar that he was going out to go buy the food and provisions. Crooks took all of Radar's and his mother’s money and left him there, not returning. For days, without any means of protection, little food or provisions, Crooks left this Young Man alone at Patriot Point, without any communication from him. (Again, Patriot Point is only thirty feet off a hostile border, where drug wars have been known to happen.) Patriots showed up to assist the Young Man. Later, Crooks, by phone, made the excuse to those patriots, that he had gone off to work on a fishing boat in order to raise the funds to buy Patriot Point. Crooks, also tried to solicit funds from some of those same patriots, to try to ‘purchase’ Patriot Point.
15I communicated with the owners‘ legal council of Patriot Point, and if they were to sell, they would want 2.5 million dollars. In doing more research, and uncovering ‘facts’ according to many witnesses, Crooks had gone to the young lady/victim of the fishing boat, and made up a fabrication that a dirty San Diego Sheriff was after him, wanting to arrest him, because Crooks and ‘his’ organization was interfering with the drug trafficking in the area. Crooks told his unsuspecting young lady/victim that this Sheriff was not getting paid by the Cartel, because the drugs were not coming into America, and according to Crooks’ fabrication, was wanting to arrest Crooks, on false charges, and that’s why, ‘according to what Crooks told his victim and a few other witnesses‘, Crooks had to suddenly flee the Patriot Point location. Crooks was gone from the border area for over a year, yet is still asking people, via phone calls and his various websites, for donations to finance his ‘border operations‘. The ‘members’ of his Mountain Minutemen ‘organization’ have since formed their own group and continue to conduct themselves as legitimate, dedicated border observers, as well as independent observers. During Crooks tenure on Patriot Point, he widely distributed his Mountain Minutemen T-shirts and caps for anyone and everyone to wear, regardless of any affiliation. Since his departure, Crooks has hijacked and allegedly committed copyright infringements of photos, and possible plagiarism (from blogs, websites and personal emails) of border observers if they happened to be wearing the Mountain Minutemen shirts or caps and posted them to his website as ‘evidence’ of his current border group activities in order to continue to solicit donations. Crooks has now taken his entire blog off his site. Further investigation shows that Crooks’ web master was tired of not getting paid to keep the blog running.

In September 2009, Crooks showed up at a border-watch, in Arizona, called “Operation Spike,“ that was organized by the Patriot's Coalition. There was an open invitation to all border observers, independent or otherwise. Crooks, as he has done before, handed out his t-shirts to the patriots attending, and has since circulated pictures of attendees wearing the shirts. If Crooks does what he has done several times before, it won't be long before these pictures of independent border watchers wearing Crooks’ Mountain Minutemen T-shirts will appear on Crooks’ website, (should Crooks get his forum back), with Crooks’ intention of soliciting donations for his "month long operation". Indeed, no where in the body of the emails Crooks circulated, with the pictures, does he acknowledge the true name of the operation or acknowledge the organizers. Crooks, claimed to many different people that several women, in different organizations and in ‘his’ organization, along with the owner of the boat, have either tried to approach him for a relationship, or Crooks ‘claimed’ that he’s had a relationship with them. In being around Crooks all these years, talking to many witnesses, and talking and being around these women that Crooks has made these claims against, I found the contrary. I found no evidence that any of these women did have, or will have anything to do with Crooks in the form of a relationship. One female, in one of the patriot organizations, that Crooks claimed was making advances toward him, stated that she found Crooks, “absolutely repulsive“.

I’ve observed Crooks making his peers and other patriots feel sorry for him, so Crooks can receive free donations, food, and material things. Bi-weekly , there was a retired Sherriff’s group who would donate their time and gas, and bring Crooks a lot of food. Meanwhile, many other patriots were doing the same thing by donating food, supplies and money.
There was also a situation involving the unpaid bills, on Crooks‘ port-a-potty (portable toilet) account. Crooks was responsible for theses bills, yet persuaded another patriot to attach the bill to his credit card, and then, Crooks convinced a ‘Ladies Organization’ to pay the bill each month. When the “Light Up The Line” Event took place, a few extra port-a-potties were added to this bill. The other patriot organizations paid for their part, but Crooks did not pay his share for months, until the Port-a-potty service stated that they were going to stop cleaning Crooks’ port-a-potty, and remove it from Patriot Point. Crooks promptly solicited for donations specifically to cover the back port-a-potty bills (allegedly several hundred dollars). The entire bill, was paid by an anonymous donor, yet Crooks continued to solicit and receive many donations for the so-called unpaid port-a-potty bills after he knew the bill had been paid in full. As was his habit, Crooks never disclosed the amounts received or how they were spent.
Crooks is armed with illegal firearms (non-registered). Crooks has been charged with a Felony! The law states he should not even have access to firearms! Especially after the incident where Crooks discharged a round from his weapon, (hand gun), that could have gotten others hurt very badly. More about this in my separate report. I’ll send names and other evidence, including evidence regarding Crooks’ border activities that I’ve accumulated over the last four years, privately and separately from this report, to protect the innocent.

Crooks had a picture of his illegal rifle on his MYSPACE account. He has recently taken it off, but the police already have the evidence.

It’s the violence of Crooks’ former and current crimes, the fact that he is being investigated for Drug Smuggling, Felony Vandalism, Burglary, and Tax Evasion, along with other crimes, both Felonies and Misdemeanors, and his obvious lack of regard for others that has me and others concerned.
If anyone has any other information regarding Crooks, please it is very important to contact your local law enforcement agency, in conjunction with the Ventura Police Department at 805-339-4400, (reference CASE NUMBER 09-11002) and make sure the police, at both Police Departments, make a report, since Crooks has already vacated the area, to Arizona, is now in a different area of California. You can call in anonymously. Make sure the law enforcement agency you make a report at, also contacts the Ventura police. 805-339-4400

I’m sure all dedicated patriots of good morals and conscience will help the Feds and police stop Crooks before he harms someone else. As demonstrated by the Shawna Forde tragedy, enormous damage to our movement and our country can be inflicted by the conduct of a single individual.

Another concern are the posts, on blogs, that people throughout the Nation are reading. Some of these negative post could be harming Patriot organizations across America.

Minuteman Project leader Jim Gilchrist subsequently banned his group's members from having any contact with Crooks, and stated publicly that he would no longer provide Crooks with supplies.
Whereas the Minuteman Project and most similar major civilian border patrol groups have detailed "Standard Operating Procedures," the Mountain Minutemen's rules of engagement, as detailed on the group's website, are basic: "Don't shoot anybody you're not supposed to shoot."

At a busy popular corner of the Santa Clarita City Center, there was a flurry of patriotic sights and sounds last morning of Saturday January 16th, 2010. Readers might recall another similar political rally at the same location back in 2008. About 200 people participated in the last Minutemen rally, according to Santa Clarita’s newspaper, The Signal. Magic Mountain Parkway and Valencia Blvd, southwest corner is a popular event spot. Hundreds of smiling broad-based citizens with American flags holding Tax Revolt and Pro-Citizenship placards lined the streets and sidewalks. Also, Santa Clarita’s drivers by could hear the event’s guest speaker’s comments and many popular songs with pertinent political messages like playing The Beatles song, ‘The Tax Man’.

The event’s host and Master Ceremonies, Frank Jorge of AV Independent Minutemen keep things moving along for 2 hours. This event had been organized by many ‘umbrella’ volunteer political organizations. Here is a list of the helpful groups: Antelope Valley Independent Minutemen. Campo Minutemen, Ventura County Tea Party Tax Revolt Minutemen, Santa Clarita Tea Party Tax Revolt Minutemen, Ventura Tea Party Tax Revolt, Santa Clarita Tea Party Tax Revolt, and We The People org. Other minor local tax revolt and pro-citizenship organizations managed to contribute their networking and small assistance to make this event a success.

The rally was scheduled for 11 am to 1 pm. Several important quest speakers used this event to get their points across to all listening intently and all passers-by. Primarily, this event was another in the many Tax Revolt or ‘Tea Parties’ as the voter’s angry reaction to the Congress and the President’s pointless over-spending and budget busting. Also, illegal alien immigration issues were covered due to an impeding new additional Congressional amnesty bill, written by U.S. Rep. Luis Gutierrez, D-Ill. That bill is #4321. With the current great dissatisfaction with elected sitting city, state, and federal legislative incumbents, Kathleen ‘Suzy’ Evans was a guest speaker running for the State Assembly 40th District in the San Fernando Valley. She spoke on solving many community problems including the local illegal alien immigration problem. “It is the elephant in the room that no one wants to discuss. If you talk about illegal immigration, you’re called a racist or a bigot. I am not afraid to talk about illegal immigration because I am not afraid to speak the truth. It is a fiscal as well as social nightmare for many parts of the United States, but especially so for all of us in California. This is a fact: The taxpayers of California spend more than $13 Billion dollars a year on subsidies to people who are in this country illegally. So here’s a question we should all be asking: at a time when we are struggling with our state budget, and our legislators are cutting firefighters, laying off teachers, closing our state parks and even letting criminals out of prisons early in order to save money. Why did they not cut any of the subsidies to illegal immigrants? We need to stop placing the needs of those who are here illegally before the needs of our own families, our businesses and our friends.”
The next guest spoke; Linda Paine is a member of the Santa Clarita Tea Party group. Ms. Paine said the Minutemen aren't hateful, but misunderstood. "Voters and Americans should be able to say ‘no' to illegal immigration without being called a racist," Paine said. The next person to speak, Santa Clarita Valley Independent Minutemen’s leader Roger Gitlin said the proposed immigration reform could ruin the country and the economy and he's discouraged enough about it to help organize the rally this weekend. "Mexico can't export its poverty to the U.S.," Mr. Gitlin said, referring to illegal alien immigrants. "I love this country. In a short period of time it could be unrecognizable.” "The people who come here and wave Mexican or Colombian flags are not interested in legal US citizenship," Mr. Gitlin said. "People from poverty come here for economic salvation, not to become citizens. People that don't have a means to support themselves should go back to their own home country." The next guest presenter, William Scarpino is a practiced speaker and representative of the Ventura County Tea Party. His outspoken group has been very active hosting public successful events at the Ventura City Center on Victoria Boulevard in the last year. Those Tax Revolt event’s attendance have been huge, very positive, informative and vocal. Mr. Scarpino powerfully expressed the taxpayer’s need to shrink our government. The Obama administration over spending will hurt the already shrinking middle-class of employed voters.

As a nice surprise for myself and many other event activists attending was hearing the next scheduled speaker’s comments. Bob Kellar, a Santa Clarita City Councilman was very powerful and informative since his views came from someone trying to work for voters inside of a mostly liberal over-spending government. Clearly, Mr. Kellar was very irritated in his podium presentation and in his comments. “The voter’s views are being ignored by their elected representatives,” he stated. Then next speaker was a very familiar and very influential face in the American and Mexican communities; it is ‘WethePeople’ administrator, Ray Herrera. Mr. Herrera’s message was building on Mr Kellar’s views expressing that every voter MUST get active and politically work in 2010 elections to influence upcoming elections away from bigger government and less personal freedom for individuals.

The next group of event speakers was very important for all in attendance to hear and understand because the next speaker group relates their first-hand experience dealing with the murders of American citizens and law enforcement officers by illegal aliens. Craig & Debbi Britt of the US border monitors, Campo Minutemen spent their time talking about the recent violent murder of ICE Border Agent Rosas. Agent Rosas had a young family and his death is still unsolved when he was shot in the head execution style four times by border ‘coyotes’ at the border. Mr. Britt was helpful in contributing important crime information to the Federal authorities investigating this agent’s killing. The next speaker is a direct crime victim of illegal alien crimes in Los Angeles. Activist, Mr. Jamiel Shaw Sr spoke courageously and eloquently about his college-bound son, Jamiel. An illegal alien gang member recently released from city jail for carrying a gun and assaulting a police officer murdered Jamiel Shaw Jr, his son. This gang member was released before the city police officials told ICE officials of his custody as prescribed by Federal law. Mr. Shaw and his family are influential in getting a Los Angeles ordinance called ‘Jamiel’s Law’ to be on the ballot by Los Angeles voter’s initiative process as a response to this tragedy. Sadly, the voter registrar said not enough valid voter signatures were collected to qualify this petition for the election only months ago. There are some major questions about that voter registrar decision. The next speaker pair had another personal connection to illegal alien crimes right here in Santa Clarita. Mr. & Mrs. John & Barbara March told of they’re heartbreaking experiences. Illegal aliens killed their adult son during his duties working as a Los Angeles Deputy Sheriff. In a routine traffic stop, he was murdered. The murder was found, tried, and is serving a life sentence in solitary confinement, instead of the righteous death penalty.

On a lighter note, the next speaker was not a crime victim or leader of a volunteer activism group. The speaker’s point of view was just as important to be heard. Mr. Mario Alvarez, a Canyon Country resident spoke to the crowd about his immigration experiences. He came from Mexico City 49 years ago and has been a citizen since 1979. He told his audience that it is wrong for aliens to come here from Mexico, illegally. He proudly stated that the USA is a great generous country and had his advice to Mexican illegal alien immigrants is to not enter the USA legally. His speech had drivers at the intersection responding in impromptu cheers.

Some event speakers personally blamed President Obama for the countries’ problems. Mr. Frank Jorge of Antelope Valley Independent Minutemen shared his negative perceptions about President Obama and his administration. At one point, Mr. Jorge questioned President Obama place of birth and his citizenship credentials for being elected as the President of the US. Mr. Jorge says that Barrack Obama maybe should be working in the White House, only in the capacity of a service butler. The next and final speaker was Robert Crooks of the problematic Mountain Minutemen. Mr. Crooks message was for everyone to ‘buy guns and ammo’ for the upcoming civil war in the US. People experiencing and listening to this rally came up with many conclusions and might be interesting to share. Many uncomfortable, bellicose and unconstructive views of any guest speakers with their personal attacks on named public officials were not well received or easy accepted by the event’s listeners. I heard it said at this event, “Some people should not be given a microphone to turn a positive informative rally into a place to personally rant and vent”. It seems it’s much more interesting to hear new candidates for upcoming election, and new positive comments with practical solutions to our countries’ problems from the rallies podium than to turn the event into a ‘witch hunt’.

How to ruin a public rally event...Santa Clarita Rally trash talking starts...

Several known local activists know to me due to my years ‘in the trenches’ helping to produce similar local events showed up to this event. Jean ‘Jean-from-Fillmore’ and ‘Eagle 1’, Gloria ‘Olde-Glory’, Susan ‘Standing-alone’, and Sam ‘Derail-amnesty-com’ come to mind. Chelene Nightengale of the now dead, Save Our State volunteer organization has burned several leaders in this ‘Cause’ and moved on without any Chelene apologies to the people she damaged. Even though some people have tried to resurrect Save Our State as a new and improved volunteer organization ‘SOS.info’, it seems this Santa Clarita event organizers and their ‘lapdogs’ can't let things drop with in the new ‘SOS.info’. They’re still taking trash behind people’s back or carrying on a ‘witch-hunt’ just like the hated Ms. Nightengale. That ‘SOS.info’ inside clique group REALLY is what I was concerned about. Clearly, it is just another incarnation of a backstabbing everyone Chelene old SOS's again with ‘SOS.info’, just with new people in charge. That’s VERY sad for the success of our ‘The Mission’.

Is this what happens when ‘SOS.info’ get a new junkie website and contribute to a street rally in Santa Clarita ??

Sam didn't check his facts on his false ‘SOS.info’ comment, so this is inaccurate statement. But, for a lawyer and university professor, he was never someone for exact facts, names, and dates. That’s very bad for a ‘SOS.info’ spokesperson. People read Sam’s account of the Santa Clarita rally event, just as BAD and sloppy on the real goings on.
I attended the public and open Santa Clarita Rally. IN FACT, I got more rally attendance there by my 'internet connections’ networking with my Tax Revolt and Minuteman Project friends (You or your mindless cronies didn't) and two of your guest speakers were there & spoke because of my 'internet connections’. (You might have just lost those contributors for any rally future events with this ‘back-stabbing’ stunt against me. They don't like your trash talking and all.)
